(St. George, UT) -- Home prices in Washington County are up over 30-percent from last year. Realtor.com says the average price in March was 795-thousand-450 dollars, a three-point-seven-percent rise from February. The media sales price was 32-percent higher than last year at 595-thousand-dollars. Homes are on the market for just 23 days.
