Crash causes delays on I-15 northbound south of Virgin River Gorge

A very serious accident is causing major delays northbound I-15 at the south end of the Virgin River Gorge. The accident occurred in the area of Littlefield Arizona at approximately mile marker 11.

Initial reports indicate a vehicle versus a semi.

A medical helicopter has landed.

Motorists are being advised to take Old Highway 91 as an alternate route.
