Planned Parenthood to stop offering some services rather than comply

Planned Parenthood will stop offering some services in Utah rather than comply with Trump Administration guidelines on abortion referrals. 

The head of the Planned Parenthood of Utah said the group is following the lead of the national organization by refusing to accept Title 10 funding rather than comply with what it calls a gag rule. 

The Department of Health and Human Services does not allow groups that accept Title 10 funding to refer women to doctors that perform abortions. 

The decision means the Utah group will no longer provide some birth control, cancer screening and STD testing services.
