Senator Mike Lee comments on the Presidents phone call

Utah Senator Mike Lee says he has no problem with President Trump's phone call with the president of Ukraine.

During a Facebook Live town hall yesterday, Lee said the rough transcript of the call does not serve as the basis for impeaching and removing the president.

He said any attempt to impeach Trump will backfire and would be unfair to the president.

Meanwhile, Senator Mitt Romney is calling the reports deeply troubling, but has not said whether it warrants impeachment.
