Some leaders of the Republican Party prepared to take action against Senator Romney

Some leaders of the Utah Republican Party are prepared to take action against Senator Mitt Romney for his recent vote to impeach President Trump.

Orem Republican Brandon Beckham has submitted a resolution to censure Romney that could come up for discussion and a potential vote at the party's central committee meeting on February 29th.

In the resolution, the Utah GOP calls for Senator Romney to "vigorously support" the President's agenda, or vacate his seat.
